Order Nutriex Proteins

How to Calculate Your Protein Needs:

1. Weights in pounds divided by 2.2 = weight in kg
2. Weights in kg x 0.8gm/kg = protein gm

Use a lower number if you are in good health and sedentary. Use a higher number (between 1 and 1.8) if you are under stress, are pregnant, are recovering from an illness, or if you are involved consistent and intense weight or endurance training.

Example: 154 lb male who is regularly exercising and lifts weights
154 lbs/2.2 = 70kg
70kg x 1.5 = 105gm protein/day

Nutriex Proteins allows you to obtain the proteins your body may need in addition to daily food intake. Protein intake should be balanced throughout the day. The chart below will help estimate your daily protein consumption in grams.

Hold Off Hunger... LONGER!

Eating foods high in sugars and starches may raise your blood sugar rapidly, triggering an insulin response which then lowers blood sugar rapidly. What happens? You get hungry... again.

*Sugar (glucose) is given an arbitrary value of 100 and other carbs are given a number relative to glucose. Full chart is available at: http://www.Mendosa.com/gilists.htm

Proteins provide energy with a longer ?burn time? and do not trigger a similar insulin response as carbohydrates. Nutriex Protein users report a 2 hour longer period before hunger returns in comparison to a high carb breakfast.

Excellent Amino Acids Profile

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. Because the body cannot make them, the 8 essential amino acids must be obtained from food sources.

Nutriex Proteins combines highest grade whey protein with lesser amount of soy and pea proteins to optimize the delivery of essential amino acids.

Persons Over 50 Need More Protein

Each day most people need about 1.0 gram protein per kilogram body weight (1 kg = 2.2 lbs.). Individuals in training may benefit by increasing protein to 1.5 grams proteins per kg daily. Importantly, older people need more protein. The following reveals your minimum daily allowance according to age:

Quick Fact

A diet well-balanced in protein stabilizes blood sugar levels for healthier glucose metabolism. When blood sugar levels are stabilized, binge eating is less likely, often enabling more energy and greater fat loss.

Quick Fact

Soluble fiber from foods such as oats and psyllium, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A serving of Nutriex Protein supplies 1.7 grams of the 7 grams soluble fiber from psyllium seed husk necessary per day to have this effect.

Quick Fact

Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 25 grams of soy protein a day may reduce the risk of heart disease. One serving of Nutriex Protein provides 11 grams of soy protein.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What Flavors do you offer?

Nutriex Proteins is its own natural flavor. To avoid unnecessary and unhealthy ingredients, we have added no sweeteners, flavorants, synthetic ingredients, preservatives, etc. Nutriex Proteins natural flavor is mild, making it possible to blend with smoothies, soups, waffles, and even sport drinks.

2. I am a whey protein drink consumer, why change?

By combing three protein sources (whey, soy, and pea legume), Nutriex Proteins achieves a superior amino acid profile. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. Fibers, psyllium, inulin, oat fiber, flaxseed oil, and digestive enzymes contained in Nutriex Proteins improve assimilation and add other health benefits including lowering your cholesterol.

3. Why Nutriex Proteins?

Nutriex Proteins is perhaps the most readily assimilated protein preparation on the market. You may prefer to mix it with a sport drink and actually use it during extended workouts. Nutriex Proteins has been developed to assist in achieving optimal health and to complement a strength building program. Taking Nutriex Proteins at breakfast was the preference for most users during our pre-launch clinical trial.

4. Am I getting a good buy?

25 grams of protein from 3 high quality sources, fiber, omega-3s and only 140 calories per protein serving, you're getting a great buy!

5. What results should I look for?

Appetitive control will improve immediately compared to high carb diets. Combined with healthy lifestyle (daily workouts; cardio, strength building, flexibility or balance) lean body mass will increase within two months. Your blood pressure may improve into an ideal range below 120/80. Pulse rate may improve and immune system may improve depending on your starting point.

6. I know dietary supplements are not well regulated. How do I know the ingredients in your products are any good?

We outsource our manufacturing and have carefully selected a manufacturer whose priority is to meet or exceed all regulatory standards (either existing or proposed). As such, they only allow ingredients to come from a select group of vendors that meet the following criteria:

  • Pass an independent audit
  • Test and verify their products through 3rd party labs
  • Provide clear written documentation (including Certificate of Analysis) with delivery of their ingredients
  • Supply products that are consistent in quality
  • Screen for microbials and possible contaminants prior to delivery at the same level of stringency as the manufacturer

If a vendor ever falls below one of the above standards, they are eliminated from the working list and their ingredients are no longer approved for use.

We have in the past done some random screening of our more expensive ingredients (which are more likely to be adulterated). After consistently appropriate results, we decided to minimize our expenses and only test if needed.
